Thomas Lee "Tom" Hart, age 62, of Clyde, TX, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 26, 2019. Tom was born in National City, CA on August 30, 1956 to Tom and Mona Hart. Growing up he loved rock climbing, all sports and fast cars.
After High School he joined the United States Air Force. He loved the time he served and people he met. His most memorable deployment was to Bitburg, Germany for 3 years. He was proud to be a veteran and continued his service by being a member of the Patriot Guard. After leaving the Air Force he moved to Albany to work for his uncle. While in Albany, he met the love of his life, Jackie (Wood) Hart. After dating for 3 years, they started their life together on July 9, 1982.
Their story is a true love story that will never end! They had one son, Casey Austin in September of 1985. Tom was an amazing dad and close friend to Casey and his world revolved around him.
He was a graduate of McMurry University with a BBA in accounting and loved his Peterbilt, his Harley, his family and friends. Tom always said "If I die today, I will die a happy man! My life has been more wonderful than I ever could have imagined!"
Tom will be missed by his wife, Jackie, his son Casey and wife Tiffany, was a "Pappy" to two amazing grandsons, Tye Harmon and Tripp Lee, his parents, Tom and Mona, two brothers, Kenny and wife Lynn, Randy and wife Barbara, many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly and many, many wonderful friends.
His dream was to "bounce" each coast on his motorcycle. Tom and his nephew, Ben enjoyed riding bikes together. They went from the West Coast to the East Coast and back. Their next adventure was going to be in May to the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C.
Visitation with the family will be held from 5 pm to 7 pm, Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Parker Funeral Home in Baird.
