Ronald Kenneth Hallmark

Ronald Kenneth Hallmark of Sanger, formerly of Moran, passed away Friday, August 6, 2021, at the age of 87.  Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Monday, August 16, 2021, at Moran Cemetery.  

Ronald was born July 24, 1934 in Shep, TX to Adrian Dremond and Badie Reed Ponder Hallmark. He married Shiela Ann Redden Hallmark March 25,1957.  He trained racehorses, worked in the oilfield,  and served as a Deputy Sheriff in Shackelford County for almost 20 years.

Ronald enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, and anything else that allowed him to see and appreciate the beauty of God’s creation.  He loved his family, loved people, and was a true friend to so many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six siblings, of which he was youngest; and a great-granddaughter.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, three grandsons, three granddaughters, three great-grandsons, and four great-granddaughters.
