Nancy Newcomb Young

Nancy Newcomb Young of Baird passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021, at the age of 81.

Nancy was born August 6, 1939 in Dallas, Texas to Marshall and Bernalouise Brightwell Newcomb.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Michael “Bud” Houston Young; a daughter, Kathi Young Foucha and son-in-law Robert; a son, Michael “Choppy” Houston Young, Jr.; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a brother, Marshall Newcomb, Jr.; and nephews Marshall “Trey” Newcomb III, Jimmy Newcomb and Matthew Newcomb.

A memorial will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Belle Plaine Cemetery.
