Gloria Nolan Obituary

Gloria I. Nolan, 60, Passed away in her sleep peacefully at Hendrick Hospice on 10/27/2021. She was born in Altus, OK on the AFB on 09/12/1961 to her father Glenn Dale Henry Sr. and mother Maxine Elizabeth Fletcher Henry.

She graduated from Abilene High School, class of 1979. She married at least twice, widowed to her last husband, Thomas Wayne Nolan, a Vietnam veteran of 21 years. After she graduated she worked on Harley’s for years and worked in the workforce for years more until she became a homemaker.

In addition she was in the eastern stars for a time, in some online clubs, liked to be creative, read books and watched all kinds of tv series. She would always seek knowledge and truth of things in life.

She was one of the rocks in my life, supported me no matter what. I could go to her with anything that was on my mind. One of the best moms that I know in my life and love with all of my heart, no matter what. Always and forever.

Predeceased by both of her parents, sister, last husband, aunts, uncles and grandparents and son in law Caspian Alexander Yzaguirre.

Survivors are her daughters, April Nolan in Abilene TX, Amanda Pettigrew in WA, brother Glenn Dale Henry Jr. in Hearne TX, Nieces April Barkley in Hearne TX and Lisa Leverton-Kelly In Haltom City TX, Lorisa Shook and her husband of PA, David and Stefanie Leal in Abilene TX, Roman Garza and Vera Garza in Hawley TX.
