Devon Lenard Bingaman passed away during the early morning hours Monday, April 27, 2026, at his home in Baird, surrounded by his wife and daughters.
Devon was born November 13, 1954 in Elkhart, Indiana. He graduated from Centreville High School and attended Glen Oaks Community College. He served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War. He retired from Voight aircraft. He married Patricia Fay Presley March 20, 1990, and they were together 36 years.
Devon enjoyed traveling, riding his motorcycle, darts, golf, karaoke and watching westerns.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna May Beachy Soule, father Lenard J. Bingaman, stepfather Warren Soule and brother Bill Soule.
Survivors include his wife of Patricia Bingaman of Baird; daughters Ashley Arledge of Abilene, Jennifer Allday and spouse Clayton Morris of Baird and Jessica Marler and spouse Levi of Glendale, Arizona; grandchildren Abby Allday, Chloe Marler, Paisley Morris, Grayson Allday, Zander Morris and Natalie Allday; sisters Ladonna Graber and spouse Lowell, Vickey Byers and spouse Chris, Henrietta Shackles and Kay Latta; brothers Nathan Bingaman and spouse Cindy, Bob Soule and spouse Deb, Jake Soule and Ronald Bingaman and spouse Jeanine.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Parker-Jacobs Funeral Home, 141 E. 3rd Street in Baird, with David Acevedo of First Baptist Church Baird officiating.
