Bruce Lee Williams

Bruce L. Williams passed away early Friday morning on March 14, 2025, at the age of 94.

Bruce was born May 24, 1930 in Cisco. He was the son of R.D. and Lucille Park Williams. Bruce graduated from Tarleton Ag. College and Texas Tech University. He married Carol McCollum on February 17, 1956. Bruce was a lifelong rancher in Callahan County and served on the Baird ISD school board for many years. He was an active member and supporter of the Baird Presbyterian Church.

Bruce is preceded in death by his wife Carol, his parents and his sister Ellen Wadzeck.

He is survived by son David and wife Troyce Williams of Baird; Daughter Lindy Williams and Mike Butts of Granbury; Son Barry and wife Beth Williams of Huntsville; Wyndi and Russell Daily and daughter Caroline of Waco; Rustin and Erika Williams and daughter Charlee of Putnam; Annie Williams of Huntsville and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 PM Monday, March 17,2025 at Parker-Jacobs Funeral Home. The family will have a private burial.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to West Texas Rehab, Presbyterian Church of Baird or a charity of your choosing.
